Webcasting

What is a webcast?

A webcast is basically a live video broadcast of a funeral service over the internet. It allows anyone who wishes to watch and hear the service from anywhere in the world. There is no limit to the number of viewers and the transmission is viewable in any location around the world - providing the viewer has a computer and high speed internet connection (i.e. broadband).

How does it work?

Very simply, we broadcast a live video feed from our chapel via a page on our website.

Viewers are provided with a link via email that they simply click and are taken directly to the webcast page.

The broadcast begins about 20 minutes before the start of the service.
